Hi, I’m Jordan.
I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families to:
1) identify harmful thought and behavior patterns
2) understand what's at the root of these patterns
3) cultivate tools and behaviors that encourage, rather than inhibit, growth
With psychology and counseling degrees from New York University and Naropa University, I bring to my work an integrated approach that blends Eastern and Western philosophies.
I’m here to offer you support and guidance in navigating your most important relationship—the relationship you have with yourself, with your mind, your body, and your inner voice. I believe that therapy is a space to explore the workings of your inner world, gaining a deeper understanding of what makes you you. My aim is to offer direct and honest feedback, providing an outside lens that will allow you to see yourself more clearly.
Together, we'll explore how your experiences in the past, thought and behavior patterns in the present, and expectations and worries about the future are creating the life you have and the person you are today. We will harness your innate qualities so that they may work for, rather than against, you, ultimately supporting you in reaching your fullest potential.
